My favourite Kale Salad recipe from my son in Australia using 5 of the ingredients in photo. It even keeps in fridge for two days if any leftover!

Lovely box of fruit as always. Black grapes which were delicious, big juicy cherries- best I’ve tasted, massive pears - so sweet and full of juice. Kiwis and Pink Ladies absolutely delicious. Lovely big bunch of bananas which were just green (the way I like them) so they had time ripen. Haven’t tried the oranges yet but I’m sure they will be up to the usual high standard.
Definitely recommend everyone to try Earth Rainbow - I’m sure you will not be disappointed.

Such a brilliant selection in this box! I’ve made so many delicious meals from the fresh and tasty veg including spicy parsnip soup, kale chips, baba ganoush, stir fried carrots with garlic, ginger and chilli and carrot and parsnip fritters to name a few. We are currently weaning our little girl and I love knowing her food is packed full of delicious nutrients sourced locally.

Fantastic products and fantastic service. Nichaan is a font of knowledge and will happily explain the benefits. I recently asked about turmeric for my dad and Nachaan made up shots for him to try.
